Over the past two decades, I've helped countless parents find the right childcare for their children and navigate the nanny hiring process from start to finish.
When I became a mom myself, I planned to head back to work as the local super nanny with my daughter in tow. Instead, I found myself fielding calls and emails from families and nannies who felt lost and overwhelmed trying to sort out their childcare.
